"Helpful at first, but not really helpful"
I had a problem with my order and thought it would be a simple fix. To be fair, the people I talked to weren’t rude or anything, and at moments it seemed like they were trying to help. But then I kept having to repeat the same details, and every reply felt like it was sending me back to the start instead of actually moving things along.
In the end, the issue still didn’t really get sorted out, which was frustrating. I can see them being perfectly fine if your order goes smoothly, and I don’t want to say the whole experience was awful, because it wasn’t exactly that. But if something goes wrong and you need someone to actually take responsibility, I wouldn’t count on it

i was disappointed because this wasn’t what i ordered. the item that showed up didn’t match what i was expecting, so the whole experience was kind of frustrating.

I tried ordering a part on Reliableparts the website was just sooo annoying. The search kept bringing up things that didn’t even match what I was looking for, pages were loading slow, and the filters barely helped at all. I ended up going back and starting over a bunch of times, which got old fast. Checkout wasn’t much better either. It felt clunky and kind of confusing, and I couldn’t really tell if the item was actually in stock until waaay too late in the process. The parts themselves might be fine, but the site made it such a hassle that I gave up and ordered somewhere else.

I ordered a couple of appliance parts from reliableparts.ca and the billing was nice and straightforward. The price, tax, and shipping all matched what I saw at checkout and what showed up on the invoice, with “no surprise charges” afterward. I needed the invoice for my records too, and it was easy to find. It’s a small thing, but it’s nice when everything just “lines up.”

"Good selection, but shipping updates felt lacking"
I found the part I needed on Reliableparts after checking a few other sites that didn’t have it, so that was a relief. The selection seems solid and it was easy enough to search around. My only issue was the shipping info, it wasn’t very clear, and I kind of felt ignored when I was trying to figure out what was going on with my order. Still, the part showed up and I’m overall happy with the purchase.

The box showed up with a little dent on one corner, so I was slightly worried at first. But the part inside was packed well, wrapped securely, and looked brand new when I took it out. I gave it a quick check and everything seems to be in good shape.

Umm, I ordered a replacement part for my dryer and it fit just fine. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and haven’t had any issues, so the quality seems good so far. Shipping was okay, nothing special, but overall I’m happy with it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part and had to send it back. The return process on Reliableparts was simple, and they got back to me quick when I emailed asking what to do. Refund showed up a few days after they received the item back. No hassle, no weird back-and-forth or anything. I’d order from them again.

I called Reliableparts before ordering a dryer part because I wanted to make sure it was the right fit. the tech support person didn’t seem to know much beyond what was already on the website, which was a bit frustrating since that’s what I was looking at too. They couldn’t really answer basic questions about fit or installation, and I ended the call more confused than when I started. I had to dig through forums afterward to figure it out myself. Might be fine if you already know the exact part number, but their tech help felt weak in my case.

"OEM part looked legit, service was just alright"
I ordered a replacement part and, to be honest, I was already kind of expecting it to be legit since the listing looked right. When it showed up, the packaging and fit pretty much confirmed what I thought, so I don’t have any complaints about the part itself. Shipping did take longer than I wanted, though, and the updates were slow. The price was fine, not a steal but not terrible. Overall, it was an okay experience — I’d probably order again, but I do wish they were better about communication.

I didn’t have all the details ready, but they helped me find the right part without making it a big hassle. The order was quick, and the confirmation email came soon after. Simple experience overall, and I’d use them again.
"Cancellation worked, just kinda slow"
I ordered a part from reliableparts.ca and then ended up needing to cancel it the next day. The cancellation did go through, so in the end that part was fine.
It just took a bit longer then I expected to get a clear reply back, and I had to follow up to make sure it was actually cancelled. The refund showed up after a few days, so no big issue there.
Overall not a terrible experiance, but not exactly super smooth either. I’d maybe order from them again, I just wish the updates were quicker.

It did work once I got it sorted out, so I can’t complain too much there. But the compatibility info wasn’t quite accurate, which was frustrating. I feel like companies have a responsibility to be clear about that stuff upfront, because people are spending their money and trusting the listing. Not a total dealbreaker, but definitely something they should fix

"Warranty claim went better than I expected"
I had a warranty issue with one of the parts and expected it to be a hassle, but it wasn’t too bad. They handled the claim without making me go back and forth a bunch, which I appreciated. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, so that part didn’t quite meet my expectations, but in the end they were fair and got it sorted.

"Staff could be way more professional tbh"
I ordered from reliableparts.ca and the part itself was totally fine, so no complaints there. But dealing with the staff was kinda disappointing. The person I spoke with sounded annoyed and like they were rushing me off the phone, which just made the whole thing feel awkward lol.
I get that places get busy, but a little basic courtesy really does go a long way. It didn’t feel like they actually wanted to help, more like they just wanted to get me off the line ASAP. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah, I’d probably think twice before ordering from them again
